• Lead projects from discovery to delivery, including opportunity mapping and post-launch analysis;
• Utilize AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, writing, and prototyping to accelerate decision-making;
• Build interactive, functional prototypes and test them with real users to iterate quickly;
• Combine qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide design decisions;
• Facilitate workshops and drive alignment between business, user, and engineering requirements;
• Maintain and contribute to the design system while considering the broader product ecosystem;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions.

• 5+ Years of experience in a product design role, preferably in B2B SaaS;
• Proficiency in AI tooling for customer discovery, problem definition, and prototyping;
• Strong research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills;
• Expertise in designing complex functional interfaces with a focus on clarity and usability;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong self-prioritization;
• High proficiency in Figma, particularly with auto-layout;
• Experience working in agile environments;
• Nice to have: Vibe-coding experience.
