Ostrom is a digital green energy provider that operates a platform for energy management, offering variable tariffs, dynamic pricing, and smart device optimization to facilitate the transition to renewable energy.

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery;
• Translate complex energy products into simple and trustworthy customer experiences;
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on solutions;
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business objectives;
• Maintain and elevate design systems, standards, and collaboration processes;
• Mentor and support other product designers;
• Advocate for user needs using research, metrics, and usability testing.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Product Designer with ownership of complex mobile or web products;
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and interaction design;
• Proficiency in user research, usability testing, and hypothesis validation;
• Strong UI judgment regarding design patterns, hierarchy, typography, and accessibility;
• Experience contributing to and improving design systems;
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with B2C products involving complex data visualization, front-end development skills, experience with micro-animations, interest in AI workflows, command of the German language.
