Product Analyst

GIO is an AI-powered photo studio application that enables users to generate professional headshots, perform outfit swaps, and modify backgrounds. Hula is a related generative AI photo application operating within the same domain.

• Own and evolve the suite of AI-agents, including maintenance and development of new automation workflows;
• Run and analyze A/B tests end-to-end in partnership with product managers;
• Build and maintain data marts;
• Manage data labeling and documentation in Avo;
• Propose new product initiatives and challenge existing tasks;
• Drive independent research initiatives to uncover new product opportunities.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Product Analyst;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn);
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, including hypothesis design, sample size, and stopping rules;
• Proactive, initiative-driven mindset;
• Experience with Tableau or similar tools;
• English and Russian proficiency;
• Nice to have: B2C app experience, hands-on experience with AI agents (writing skills/workflows), Git experience (basic version control, branching, merging).
