Product Analyst

Docplanner builds healthcare technology that helps patients access and share doctor reviews while enabling doctors to manage bookings and save time. Its products serve patients, healthcare professionals, doctors, and clinics across 13 countries.

• Strategically build the product by identifying growth opportunities, estimating their potential impact, and guiding strategy through metric frameworks and insights;
• Work with higher management, business stakeholders, and researchers to create and validate qualitative and quantitative hypotheses;
• Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts for the team’s main metrics;
• Manipulate and transform large datasets to generate insights and perform root-cause analysis;
• Collaborate with the Product team to test new features and validate hypotheses through experimentation and A/B testing;
• Perform segmentation analysis to understand customers and their main drivers for engaging with products;
• Build, maintain, and continuously evolve the analytics stack for processes across multiple apps and technologies focused on accepting and processing patient payments to doctors and clinics;
• Train and coach others.

• 3+ Years of relevant analytics experience working with business KPIs and metrics, including 2+ years working closely with product managers and user research teams;
• Curiosity and a strong interest in asking questions, finding patterns, and digging into data;
• Ability to proactively suggest product improvements based on data;
• Excellent understanding of statistics;
• High autonomy and continuous learning mindset;
• Experience working in diverse analytics teams;
• Familiarity with complex Product organizations in the SaaS market;
• SQL proficiency and experience with DBT;
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data visualization tools;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar event-tracking tools;
• Python and its Data Science ecosystem;
• Experience working with Claude Code or similar AI IDEs;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including translating complex analyses into actionable insights for executives and stakeholders;
• Ability to manipulate, transform, and reshape data from multiple data sources;
• Experience with root-cause analysis and applying statistical concepts such as regressions, correlations, and causation;
• Experience contributing to data warehouses, creating aggregated datasets, and understanding data pipelines and flows;
• Experience designing, implementing, measuring, and interpreting A/B tests;
• Experience enabling others through stakeholder training and helping teams become more data-literate and autonomous.

• B2B or CoE contracts are available;
• Salary ranges from 19,000 PLN to 24,000 PLN per month;
