Product Analyst

• Lead high-impact investigations across Product and Growth;
• Partner with Product Managers and Growth leaders to solve business-critical questions;
• Analyze the customer journey from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention and monetization;
• Design and evaluate experiments, including situations where perfect control groups do not exist;
• Identify hidden growth opportunities across product usage, marketing performance and customer behavior;
• Challenge assumptions with rigorous analysis rather than intuition;
• Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering on advanced analytical initiatives.

• 4+ Years in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics or Marketing Analytics;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Experience designing or evaluating A/B tests;
• Experience with attribution or incrementality;
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem solving;
• Ability to independently drive investigations from question to recommendation;
• Excellent communication skills and confidence challenging assumptions respectfully;
• Nice to have: Product-led SaaS, subscription businesses, SEO Analytics, Marketing Measurement, Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, causal inference, synthetic controls, Python, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar tools.
