Product Analyst

Joyteractive specializes in the development of mobile puzzle games, with a flagship title that ranks among the top word games in the US. The team consists of 60 professionals focused on creating high-quality mobile gaming experiences.

• Collect, analyze, and present data to support product management and marketing decisions;
• Construct and visualize key product metrics and indicators;
• Design product and marketing feature experiments and estimate their impact through A/B testing;
• Monitor user behavior and provide actionable insights;
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover hidden product opportunities;
• Propose product improvements based on data insights to drive key metrics.

• 2+ Years of experience in product analytics within the gamedev industry;
• Strong knowledge of statistics, including experiment design and statistical tests;
• Proficiency in SQL;
• Experience with Python or R (Python preferred);
• Experience with business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Fluent in Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redshift, RDS, experience in match3, puzzle, casual, or midcore projects, experience in marketing and monetization analytics, experience in calculating LTV and forecasting, experience in business intelligence or game design within the mobile gaming industry.
