• Capture customers’ business problems, primarily in the insurance and finance sectors;
• Translate business problems into detailed concepts and software solutions;
• Analyze customer challenges with other consultants;
• Provide structure, information preparation, and communication for demanding enterprise customers;
• Work independently as a senior member of the project team;
• Act as a central contact for junior colleagues.

• Hold a completed university degree in a technical or business field, such as business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or management with an IT focus;
• Have experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in a complex business environment;
• Understand IT and software development processes well;
• Demonstrate above-average communication and presentation skills;
• Have German language proficiency at a negotiating level (C2);
• Nice to have: Experience in consulting or a consulting-related role.
