Product manager in multi-tenant platforms

• You consistently develop the capitain roadmap, prioritize based on value, feedback from tax firms and strategic fit with Virtueller Mitarbeiter and edrewe, and align it with stakeholders and adjacent product areas.
• Replacing ETL PISA is your first operational priority. You work closely with your team and our stakeholders to further accelerate the transition and enable our tax firms to automate their processes.
• You communicate directly with tax firms and their clients, understand their workflows in detail, and translate structured feedback into sound product decisions.
• Together with the Product Owners, you manage the product backlog, write clear requirements, and coordinate delivery with Development and AI specialists. You keep both short-term requirements from tax firms and long-term priorities (outgoing invoices, banking, cash register) in view.
• You coordinate cross-product development with Virtueller Mitarbeiter, edrewe and external system partners such as DATEV.
• Together with the Go To Market team, you define and measure capitain’s key metrics: activation rates, client migrations, recognition rates in the AI process, and the level of automation across the end-to-end process.
• You structure feedback from Customer Care, Sales and direct contact with tax firms, and ensure that it is prioritized and incorporated into development.
• You support Product Marketing and Sales with precise release notes, well-founded use cases, and talking points for tax firms, Sales and Application Consulting.

• A work permit for Germany is required for this position.
• Language: German – business fluent (C2), English – conversational (B1–B2).
• Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or an equivalent career path.
• Several years of professional experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on TaxTech, FinTech, LegalTech or similarly regulated markets.
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2 level).
• Regulatory constraints are not an obstacle for you, but rather framework conditions that you actively incorporate into product decisions.
• You have a basic technical understanding of platform architectures and know how products relate to adjacent systems in ecosystems.
• You confidently apply Product Discovery, user interviews, data-driven prioritization and agile development methods.
• You confidently facilitate discussions between Development, Product Owners, our stakeholders and tax firms. Most of this is done in English with our Development team.
• You think entrepreneurially about your product, work in a structured way and understand that migrating and replacing an existing product is just as much product work as the next feature release for our automation process.
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of tax consulting, accounting or financial software is a clear plus. Ideally, you are familiar with either the eurodata or DATEV ecosystem; Experience with AI-supported processes or automated document processing is an advantage
