Business analyst in CRM transformation

A Senior Business Analyst profile is required, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM transformation projects, to lead functional analysis activities, requirements definition, user story refinement and support for the business testing process.

• Analysis of functional requirements.
• Facilitation of workshops with business and technology.
• Preparation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Definition of business processes and functional models.
• Support for the functional design of the solution.
• Participation in functional testing and UAT.
• Management of the functional backlog.
• Coordination between functional and technical teams.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Experience defining functional requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience preparing functional documentation.
• Experience with UAT and test management.
