• Advise clients on modernizing or introducing insurance core systems, including AI solutions
• Develop innovative solution strategies with client-side business and IT decision-makers and help implement them, preferably using AI-based development approaches such as Spec-Driven-Development
• Maintain a holistic view of the industry’s and projects’ business challenges
• Take responsibility for business architecture topics in consulting and implementation projects
• Contribute to publications and share expertise with colleagues worldwide

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting and software development projects in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of business processes and insurance core systems, as well as strengths in methodology, design, technology, and integration
• Excellent communication skills, professional leadership skills, and strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs
• Fluent German and English
