• Advise financing and leasing clients on their digital transformation
• Analyze and optimize business processes, applying IT knowledge to shape innovative, future-proof solutions
• Gather client requirements and ensure services and business processes comply with market regulatory frameworks
• Independently manage assigned responsibilities and take ownership as a Business Analyst for one or more topics; potentially lead parts of or entire client projects in the future
• Actively support business development and the creation of digitalization solutions in the finance and leasing sector

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or in an analyst role at a leasing company, bank, or insurance company; product managers at system providers in leasing or asset financing are also suitable
• Degree in business informatics or comparable knowledge gained during studies, or relevant completed vocational training
• IT affinity and interest in designing solutions at the interface between business and IT
• Persuasive presence, curiosity, and strong communication skills
• Structured, analytical approach to complex topics
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
• Very good German and English skills
