• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify and document business needs
• Analyze existing processes and design future processes using BPMN 2.0, including gap analysis
• Define user stories, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and acceptance criteria in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements management
• Prepare use cases, process documentation, and low-fidelity mock-ups to validate business requirements
• Coordinate and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Perform impact analyses when business requirements evolve
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation throughout project iterations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (EQF Level 6) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent field
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 7 years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements using BPMN 2.0 process modelling
• At least 6 years of experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum delivery models
• At least 5 years of experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices
• At least 5 years of experience using issue-tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience leading business analysis activities in complex, multi-stakeholder projects or coordinating teams of business analysts
