• Design and execute functional, integration, usability, performance, and regression tests based on business and technical requirements
• Perform primarily manual testing (approximately 80%), with a limited automation component (20% or less)
• Prepare detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute test cases, identify defects, track issues, and verify fixes
• Maintain existing manual and automated test suites
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams in a cross-functional environment
• Review test scenarios, test scripts, and test data produced by other team members
• Document test execution results and contribute to QA reports and metrics
• Participate in user-story clarification and requirements validation
• Support continuous improvement of software quality assurance processes

• Test/QA certification, such as ISTQB
• Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience in manual software testing within cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in the banking or lending domain
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira and Xray
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience in test automation using Selenium with Java
• Experience documenting, troubleshooting, and tracking software defects
