The team develops Aquila Flex, a POS and back-office system for retail and hospitality businesses. The product supports retail, sales, store operations, promotions, payments, inventory, and reporting.

• Lead workshops and analytical meetings with clients;
• Analyze retail and sales processes and prepare As-Is and To-Be models;
• Gather and document business and functional requirements;
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional descriptions;
• Identify scope, dependencies, risks, and possible process improvements;
• Cooperate with developers, QA, UX/UI, Product Owner, and Project Manager;
• Support UAT, pilot deployments, and production rollouts.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong understanding of retail, sales, store, inventory, promotion, or payment processes;
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders;
• Ability to lead workshops, ask the right questions, and structure ambiguous information;
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories;
• Practical experience with process modeling, such as BPMN or UML;
• Independence, ownership, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
• English at a minimum B2 level;
• Nice to have: experience with POS, ERP, WMS, e-commerce, or hospitality systems; experience analyzing integrations between business systems; basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs; experience preparing Statements of Work or implementation documentation; experience coordinating the work of other analysts, reviewing analytical documentation, or developing analysis standards; willingness to take on a more leading role in business analysis; knowledge of YouTrack, Jira, Confluence, or GitBook.
