• Analyze business and technical requirements within insurance domain projects;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements;
• Perform data analysis using SQL and support data mapping activities;
• Investigate existing systems, databases, and integrations to identify business and technical impacts;
• Create functional and technical documentation, process flows, and data mappings;
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Support solution design activities involving OutSystems and Azure-based platforms;
• Assist in troubleshooting data-related and system integration issues;
• Participate in testing activities, validating requirements, and defect analysis;
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data structures across applications and integrations;
• Communicate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.

• Experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role for 4+ years;
• Experience with OutSystems platform;
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based architectures;
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in querying, analyzing, and validating data;
• Solid understanding of data structures, data models, and relational databases;
• Experience working within the Insurance industry;
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements;
• Experience creating technical specifications, data mappings, and process documentation;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of insurance policy administration systems, experience working with distributed international teams, exposure to cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives.
