EPAM develops enterprise software products, open-source solutions, and accelerators. The role supports a new healthcare-domain frontend application replacing an existing legacy application.

• Discover and document existing system functions and business processes;
• Drive features throughout the product life cycle;
• Improve processes within the team;
• Communicate with business and technical stakeholders;
• Collaborate with UX Designers on UI modeling and wireframing;
• Develop product and requirements documentation, guides, and release notes;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product modules;
• Maintain the quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of captured requirements;
• Contribute to the team’s DoRs and DoDs;
• Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items;
• Communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve the desired business goal.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, written and spoken;
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagrams;
• Hands-on experience with one or more Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe;
• Understanding of system integration concepts;
• Expertise in web application design;
• Critical thinking, customer-oriented approach, self-direction, and collaboration skills;
• Ability to analyze data to validate assumptions;
• Stress resilience and a can-do attitude.
