Ardshinbank is a banking organization operating in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.

• Study micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise lending and banking services markets under the direction of the regional manager;
• Attract SME customers in the regions covered by the bank’s branches;
• Organize meetings and visits with potential SME customers and present the bank’s services;
• Analyze potential borrowers’ businesses and conduct the lending process;
• Ensure the processing of loan applications and submit them to authorized approval bodies and committees;
• Promote banking services and products and conduct cross-selling;
• Take measures to achieve individual and branch monthly, quarterly, and target performance indicators;
• Maintain and regularly update SME customer profiles;
• Manage active and passive SME customer portfolios;
• Service the loan portfolio and maintain effective communication with customers;
• Monitor loan portfolio quality and participate in and support the recovery of problem loans;
• Submit proposals for developing and improving banking services, including loan products, to the regional manager;
• Conduct training sessions;
• Prepare and submit proposals for optimizing and automating business processes related to SME customer service;
• Carry out assignments from the regional manager;
• Perform other functions and assignments assigned under the bank’s internal legal acts, decisions, and orders;
• Submit work reports to the direct manager.

• Higher or specialized education;
• At least 3 years of work experience in the finance and banking sector within the last 5 years;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent Armenian, good Russian, and good English;
• Knowledge of financial analysis and general knowledge of legislation regulating the banking sector.
