• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility;
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimisation;
• Define functional specifications and translate business needs into clear technical requirements;
• Perform data analysis and contribute to data modelling activities to support decision-making;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the solution lifecycle;
• Support the design of business processes and workflows using modelling techniques;
• Create diagrams, models and documentation using tools such as UML, BPMN or similar;
• Contribute to the standardisation and improvement of business analysis practices and methodologies;
• Ensure traceability of requirements and support validation and testing activities when needed.

• Minimum of 5 years of postsecondary professional experience and at least 3 years of higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital environments;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification definition;
• Experience in data analysis and data modelling;
• Proficiency in diagramming and modelling tools;
• Experience with wireframing tools such as Axure, Balsamiq or similar;
• Knowledge of business domains and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in complex environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders;
• Professional working proficiency in English.
