• Work closely with a technically smart client to elicit, structure, and prioritize requirements, expecting precise language and pushing back on vague specifications;
• Define and document integration requirements with existing clinical and research systems, covering APIs, data flows, and field mappings;
• Own the backlog in Jira by writing stories, managing epics, and keeping acceptance criteria actionable and testable;
• Participate in architecture and scoping discussions, not just translating them afterwards;
• Identify gaps and risks early;
• Produce clean, versioned documentation that engineers and product alike can navigate without asking questions.

• 5+ Years as a BA in software/IT, at least some of that in regulated or compliance-adjacent domains like clinical, pharma, fintech, or insurance;
• Solid experience with integration projects, understanding what a REST API is and being able to read a sequence diagram;
• Hands-on Jira usage including backlog management, sprint planning support, epic structure, and linking requirements to test cases;
• Confident writing in English including requirements docs, user stories, and emails with the client, with English B2+ level;
• Experience on an MVP or greenfield product;
• Strong stakeholder communication with the ability to push back when a requirement is ambiguous and do it diplomatically;
• Nice to have: Any exposure to clinical trial workflows, CTMS, EDC, or regulatory documentation processes, understanding of AI product thinking, experience writing or reviewing API contracts and data dictionaries, familiarity with Confluence or equivalent for knowledge management, some exposure to risk frameworks or structured decision tools.
