• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional requirements within digital projects;
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities;
• Organize and manage cross-functional team meetings to gather requirements and data for projects;
• Prepare use cases, user stories, and other project artifacts to support project planning and execution;
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve issues arising within the project;
• Work with the digital PMO team to develop project dashboards and reporting templates to ensure visibility of project status and progress, and ensure project documentation is kept current and properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle;
• Analyze complex data via SQL queries and Python scripts, automate reports and analytical dashboards, and provide organizational-level support for data-driven decision-making.

• Higher education in a relevant field;
• At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian;
• Deep practical knowledge of project or program management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
• Deep work with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, context design, and evaluation skills;
• Knowledge of AI agent workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and LLM platforms (n8n, Make, LangChain, LangGraph);
• High level of SQL knowledge including complex JOIN, CTE, window functions, and performance tuning;
• Work with Python including scripting, pandas, and REST API integration;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication and coordination skills.
