- Gather and document client requirements through document analysis and online workshops;
- Design and update workflows using BPMN and UML state transition diagrams;
- Author and update project artifacts including FDDs, ADO, User Stories and Epics;
- Design and update data models for various APIs;
- Support the development team by facilitating planned and ad hoc Q&A sessions.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML for workflow design and process optimization;
- Expertise in authoring artifacts such as FDDs, ADO, User Stories and Epics;
- Proficiency in designing and updating data models for APIs;
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirement gathering through workshops and document analysis;
- English B2.
