The company develops a secure and scalable mobile wallet application for iOS and Android, focusing on compliance with KYC and market regulations, payment integrations, and continuous product enhancements.
задачи
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business, technical, and regulatory requirements for fintech and mobile products;
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops;
- Translate requirements into structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria;
- Prepare functional specifications and process flows;
- Ensure completeness, traceability, and compliance alignment;
- Manage change requests and maintain audit-ready documentation;
- Incorporate digital payments, banking systems, compliance, data privacy, and security standards into backlog and specifications;
- Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to flag regulatory risks;
- Own backlog structure and readiness, prioritizing items based on value, risk, and dependencies;
- Support roadmap planning and cross-team dependency transparency;
- Account for platform differences, UX flows, performance, security, and app store policies during the product lifecycle;
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
- Define sprint goals, monitor progress, and resolve impediments;
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and protect against scope creep;
- Bridge communication between business, development, QA, and UX/UI teams.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in fintech and mobile app development;
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business, technical, and regulatory requirements;
- Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications;
- Extensive experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies;
- Strong backlog management and roadmap planning skills;
- Hands-on experience with digital payments, banking systems, compliance, security, and data privacy;
- Solid understanding of iOS/Android app development lifecycles;
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Technical background or strong technical curiosity, BA or Scrum Master certification.
