• Lead and oversee business analysis for project streams and cross-functional stakeholder teams;
• Drive collaboration with scientific experts to translate complex business needs into actionable insights;
• Define and document detailed requirements, ensuring clear scope decomposition and alignment with project objectives;
• Manage and prioritize the project backlog;

• Background in biology, chemistry or bioinformatics;
• Proficiency in business analysis or product management;
• Experience working in a laboratory;
• Skills in System or Data Analysis;
• English B2+ (verbal and written);
• Nice to have: Knowledge of GxP and HIPAA regulations.
