• Perform complex business and systems analysis work;
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis via sessions with business users and technical staff;
• Develop supporting process flows;
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements;
• Build and implement new solutions in SAP S/4 HANA related to finance process improvements;
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for business users;
• Create and manage workflows in SAP S/4 HANA to enhance finance processes;
• Evaluate third-party tools for feasibility and business impact;
• Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems;
• Create and maintain business requirement documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams;
• Create design documentation based on business requirements;
• Communicate effectively with business users regarding project status;
• Develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate test activities, and execute test components;
• Provide 1st level support for finance users and monitor messaging throughput from financial systems.

• Proven experience working with SAP in a BA or functional role;
• Proven ability to provide business analysis and system development or configuration deliverables related to process improvement;
• Proven knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle;
• Demonstrate strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency;
• Nice to have: Experience with SAP FICO, experience with S/4 HANA, experience working remotely.

• Annual salary range of €44,150—€49,700 EUR;
