Nucleus is a technology company that builds proprietary AI products and partners with clients to deliver ML, AI, and Data solutions. The team develops a compliance and operations platform for remote online-learning environments, designed to record, track, and verify student wellness checks while maintaining auditable records and supporting escalation workflows.

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements;
• Translate requirements into clear specifications for the development team;
• Develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and quantify project value;
• Produce process flows, site maps, UI workflows, and other key specifications;
• Generate actionable insights using user interviews, workflow analysis, and data;
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle;
• Identify risks and constraints early and develop mitigation strategies;
• Track progress and adapt plans as requirements change;
• Build processes, metrics, and dashboards to keep delivery on track and stakeholders informed.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• Strong technical background with hands-on exposure to engineering or product management;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Proficiency with requirements-management tools such as JIRA;
• Experience preparing presentations, mockups, diagrams, and technical documents;
• Experience establishing SDLC processes to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard;
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving, MVP-stage environments with strong ownership;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the Learning Management System (LMS) domain, experience with compliance, audit, or regulated-workflow platforms, familiarity with edtech or student-support operations.
