HelloTech serves as the global technology backbone for HelloFresh, developing digital products that power an end-to-end food experience. The organization builds platforms for meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, and specialty offerings, supporting a subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model. Operating through autonomous, cross-functional alliances, HelloTech manages systems ranging from customer-facing apps and personalization logic to supply chain optimization and food waste reduction initiatives.

• Partner with the Senior Product organization, including Product, Software Engineering, and UX leads, to support strategic priorities and evidence-based decision-making;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and execute data-driven tasks;
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure product feature impact and optimize user experiences;
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards to facilitate data access and enable self-service analytics;
• Build sophisticated analytics solutions to define KPI trees, design measurement frameworks, and track product performance across app and web platforms;
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation workflows;
• Communicate complex data and statistical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.

• BS or equivalent in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a relevant quantitative field;
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Snowplow, including advanced configuration and custom event tracking;
• Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude;
• Advanced BigQuery experience, including complex SQL queries, query optimization, data modeling, and large-scale datasets;
• Advanced Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and building analytical tools;
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization;
• Demonstrated track record of leveraging AI tools to increase productivity in analytical tasks;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio;
• Deep understanding of product analytics methodology, including cookie/event tracking, user behavior analysis, and experimentation design;
• Proficiency with descriptive and inferential statistics;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing complex data in a business context, with at least 3 years focused on product or web/app analytics;
• Proven ability to work independently and drive projects from ambiguous problem statements to actionable recommendations;
• Nice to have: Experience with dbt, Airflow, or other modern data stack tools, previous experience in fast-paced product-led or consumer-facing technology companies.
