• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate business insights and recommendations;
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualizations;
• Build and enhance data models to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities;
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions;
• Support and drive new partner and product launches from a data perspective;
• Monitor business performance through KPI frameworks and identify optimization opportunities;
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through governance and validation processes;
• Produce analysis for senior leadership to enable informed decision-making;
• Create and maintain documentation for data models, reporting frameworks, and methodologies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and analytical capabilities;
• Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and best practices;
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field;
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken);
• 5+ Years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role;
• Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights;
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets;
• Strong experience with Python and modern analytics environments;
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms;
• Strong understanding of data modelling, reporting design, KPI development, and analytics best practices;
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and privacy principles;
• Experience supporting business-critical projects, product launches, or large-scale initiatives;
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment;
• Nice to have: Insurance, fintech, insurtech, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience.
