• Develop and maintain the Business Intelligence environment, including report migration, data modeling, and process automation;
• Collaborate on the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with analytical solutions;
• Automate and optimize reporting processes and management information distribution;
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing departments;
• Prepare business analyses to support decision-making processes;
• Manage data quality and oversee process accuracy within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system;
• Support and coordinate targeting, sales planning, target distribution, and incentive program calculations;
• Participate in business process improvement projects and the implementation of new analytical solutions;
• Cooperate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT departments.

• Degree in an analytical, technical, IT, or economic field;
• Experience in business analytics, Business Intelligence, or Sales Force Effectiveness;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Practical knowledge of QlikView or Qlik Sense;
• Proficiency in SQL/MySQL databases;
• Experience working with CRM systems;
• Ability to interpret data and prepare business recommendations;
• English B2 (business communication);
• Nice to have: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ability to formulate business recommendations based on data analysis, participation in data migration projects, CRM implementations or digital transformation, experience in migrating BI environments and integrating multiple data sources.
