Allegro Pay operates as a prominent fintech entity in Central Europe, specializing in purchase financing and payment methods for the Allegro e-commerce platform. The organization develops large-scale financial solutions and innovative payment technologies to support a vast user base.

• Optimize and scale Allegro Pay credit limit management strategies;
• Oversee integrations with key partners, ensuring seamless data exchange and maximizing the value of partner data for risk assessment and reporting;
• Analyze and develop risk processes to determine eligibility and usage parameters for Allegro Pay users;
• Examine customer behavior to identify and manage potential credit risk factors;
• Implement innovative solutions by leveraging internal and external data sources, including credit bureaus, open banking, and device fingerprinting;
• Propose strategic process improvements based on data insights and present findings to key stakeholders;
• Collaborate with analytics, machine learning, and engineering teams to evolve the risk technology stack and design data process flows;
• Develop creditworthiness assessment methodologies to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices;
• Design, build, and maintain risk datasets and reports necessary for effective credit risk management and portfolio monitoring;
• Optimize the cost of risk through robust credit monitoring.

• Excellent and practical knowledge of SQL (Snowflake);
• Experience in analyzing credit data, including BIK/BIG data;
• Proven experience in credit risk management;
• Experience in creating data visualisations using tools like Tableau;
• Ability to create, maintain, and implement credit policy documents;
• Familiarity with AIS data management, including retrieving, structuring, and leveraging data for risk analysis;
• Strong skills in risk data management and reporting, with the ability to design, build, and maintain risk datasets, dashboards, and reports;
• Nice to have: Data Science, Python, AirFlow, GIT, Tableau, AI Agents.
