задачи
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP players via chat, email, phone, and messengers
- Handle VIP requests related to payments, bonuses, account verification, and gameplay questions
- Make cold and warm outbound calls to reach, retain, and reactivate VIP players
- Build long-term relationships with top players to ensure a consistently good experience
- Work closely with Support, Product, QA, and CRM to coordinate across teams
- Collect player feedback and share it to help improve the service
- Address each VIP player’s individual needs
- Monitor player activity, identify early signs of churn, and take action
- Manage bonuses and personal offers for VIP players within approved budgets and rules
- Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements
требования
- English C1 or higher
- Proven experience with Tier-1 markets or players
- Background in VIP account management, customer success, or a similar role in iGaming or a related industry
- Experience making cold and warm calls to VIP audiences in English
- Solid understanding of player retention and reactivation
- Ability to work with performance and financial metrics and influence them
- Understanding of high-value player behavior and how to use data to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and solve problems
