SME business advisor in banking

We are looking for a new team member to join us as an SME Business Advisor.

• Plan, target and undertake activities to identify and attract potential customers.
• Carry out targeted sales of the Bank’s products to existing and potential SME customers.
• Increase the level of product penetration among existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
• Accept applications for loans, credit lines and other Bank products, and ensure the smooth operation of the product delivery process.
• Manage customer data and keep it up to date, collect information about potential Bank customers and enter it into the Bank’s database.
• Manage the assigned customer portfolio, including planning, monitoring and analysis, ensuring improvements in portfolio performance.
• Ensure achievement of the individual sales plan (individual work targets) and contribute to achievement of the branch sales plan (team work targets).
• Promote the use of the Bank’s digital and remote services (mobile and internet services, ATMs, cash-in terminals, etc.).
• Monitor the SME market and industry developments, analyze the competitive environment and make recommendations to improve the sales process.

• Higher education in economics, business administration, finance or other related fields.
• Work experience in this field (at least 2 years).
• Knowledge of B2B sales techniques (SPIN, AIDA, cross-selling, objection handling, etc.).
• Good command of Armenian, English and Russian.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to identify customer needs.
• Proficiency in effective sales skills and techniques.
• Presentation skills.
