Sales & marketing manager in hospitality and events

Super exciting opportunity to join a global brand at their Lisbon site and drive Sales & Marketing. This global brand is steeped in history has an international portfolio of live event, hospitality, restaurant and entertainment spaces, with this role being situated at their Lisbon site in Portugal. From a delicious dining experience for friends and families, through to live music events and corporate / private events space for hire this is a multi use venue aimed at the leisure, travel and MICE market.

• drive sales and marketing strategies for the space to increase revenue.
• Building relationships with local hotels, tour operators, event planners and events agencies will be key
• coming up with new and exciting ways to promote the space.
• This is a multi-product/service sales and marketing role across various channels and to different target audiences, where you will be accountable for the budget and campaign delivery.
• You will also manage a team of Sales & Marketing Coordinators.

• We are seeking a proven Sales & Marketing Manager with local Lisbon knowledge in the restaurant, venue, events, music, entertainment or hotel / hospitality space.
• You will enjoy sales, building a pipeline and pitching ideas / presentations to both groups and individuals.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and experience in CRM systems as well as social media platforms is key.
• You must speak fluent English as well as Portuguese
• be happy with a full time role based 5 days a week in Lisbon and full RTW.

• €40,000 + bonus
