MicroPort operates in medical equipment manufacturing, with this role focused on surgical robotics and robotic program development across Kazakhstan and surrounding countries.
задачи
Adapt and execute the sales strategy for Kazakhstan and surrounding countries to achieve or exceed annual targets;
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline development, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiation;
Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private hospitals in the region;
Collaborate with sales, service, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction;
Support team member growth through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback;
Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and contribute to a high-performance culture;
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, hospital executives, and other key stakeholders;
Support robotic program development and foster long-term customer partnerships;
Assist with engaging Key Opinion Leaders and advisory boards to drive clinical adoption and customer confidence;
Partner with Service, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations teams to support installations, training, and post-sales activities;
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine the regional sales approach;
Provide regional insights to support broader commercial and product strategies.
требования
5+ Years of experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical robotics, capital equipment, or related fields;
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
Experience working with cross-functional sales, clinical, and service teams;
Good understanding of the Kazakhstan and surrounding countries healthcare systems and hospital procurement processes;
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team;
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience highly regarded.
