• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Specialty Paper, focusing on Greaseproof and MG (Machine Glazed) papers;
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth;
• Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management;
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries;
• Troubleshoot quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer issues;
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to inform strategy and identify opportunities.

• 5+ Years in a sales management role within the paper industry;
• Proven experience in Specialty/Technical Paper sales or an adjacent industry;
• Experience selling into Food Service Converters / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) packaging supply chains;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development abilities;
• Ability to manage customers and sales independently across multiple European markets;
• Bachelor's degree preferred;
• Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered;
• Nice to have: Additional European languages.
