Harrington Starr is a capital markets technology provider delivering integrated software for trading, risk management, and prime brokerage to hedge funds, banks, and asset managers.

• Own and grow a multi-country sales territory spanning Germany, the Nordics, and the Netherlands, generating new business across trading, risk, and prime brokerage solutions;
• Run the full sales cycle end to end, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing, with complex multi-stakeholder buying committees;
• Build and execute a territory plan to establish a market presence in a region with limited existing coverage;
• Represent the business at industry events and build a strong personal network across the target markets;
• Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to shape proposals and ensure a smooth post-sale handover.

• 8–10 Years of experience selling software or technology solutions into capital markets, ideally spanning trading, risk management, or prime brokerage;
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with hedge funds, banks, or asset managers;
• Existing network and market knowledge across Germany, the Nordics, and/or the Netherlands;
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, territory-owning sales role;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: German or a Scandinavian language.

• Circa100,000 EURO (DOE) + uncapped commission;
• Commission of 8% of year-1 recurring licence revenue and 1% of one-time professional services;
• Realistic on-target earnings circa 2x base;
• Flexible base in Frankfurt, Stockholm, or Amsterdam.
