• Explore and prospect the market to discover untapped opportunities;
• Identify potential partnerships and initiate engagement with restaurants and retailers aligned with Wolt's vision;
• Manage the pipeline of potential partnerships systematically;
• Understand venue performance to set profitable business terms and negotiate partnership terms;
• Collaborate closely with all relevant departments and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

• Based in Shymkent;
• Extensive experience in retail or restaurant sales, such as HoReCa, FMCG, or alcohol wholesalers;
• Communicate effectively in B2B and B2C settings, both over the phone and in the field;
• Passionate about sales and motivated to overcome rejection;
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
• Outgoing and communicative personality;
• Natural hunter instinct and determination to secure meetings with potential business owners;
• Thrive in an environment with high ownership and ambition;
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to be involved;
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian;
• English at B2 level.
