Altium grows its business in Azerbaijan by providing analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, and related laboratory solutions for industrial, academic, research, and clinical customers.

• Develop new business opportunities across Azerbaijan;
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing;
• Grow existing customer accounts;
• Build relationships with laboratory managers, scientists, researchers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers;
• Monitor tenders and support commercial submissions;
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in the company CRM;
• Collaborate with regional sales, application, service, and marketing teams;
• Lead the team;
• Manage P&L responsibility;
• Develop strategic accounts;
• Build direct relationships with global technology partners;
• Work closely with Altium Türkiye and international suppliers.

• B2B sales experience in analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, consumables, reagents, or life-science solutions;
• Strong track record in new business development and achieving sales targets;
• Knowledge of the Azerbaijan laboratory market;
• Professional proficiency in Azerbaijani, Turkish, and English;
• Nice to have: experience with institutional procurement or tenders, a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
