- Develop personalized coaching plans and provide regular sessions to discuss performance and improvement areas;
- Mentor and encourage a growth mindset within the team;
- Identify and recruit top-performing sales talent and manage performance challenges;
- Assess and set account territory priorities;
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and adjust sales plans;
- Use data to monitor performance and identify trends;
- Develop sales strategies and tactics aligned with company goals and customer needs;
- Observe, assess, and monitor seller outreach, deal pipeline, and deal quality;
- Build relationships with internal peer teams and leadership to drive cross-organization success;
- Build relationships with external customers, prospects, and partners to support go-to-market strategy;
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing;
- Encourage feedback and open communication to address team concerns.
требования
- 8+ Years of experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales, particularly with large enterprise accounts;
- 3+ Years of progressive sales management experience in software or technology organizations;
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and career experience;
- Fluency in German and English;
- Nice to have: Understanding of SaaS business model, proven sales track record of achieving or exceeding quota, ability to provide deal support for large enterprise and mid-market accounts, ability to manage and coach a diverse team, exceptional communication skills and business acumen, executive presence, ability to navigate influencer and buyer dynamics, ability to lead teams through multiple complex sales cycles, negotiation skills with a focus on value retention.
