Sales Manager

Wizard Electronic Sound & Light specializes in producing and distributing high-quality LED screens, lighting, and sound systems for various applications.

• Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for LED screens, lighting, and sound systems;
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiations, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up;
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities;
• Prepare proposals and quotes;
• Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate delivery of solutions;
• Monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and prepare regular performance reports;
• Travel within Serbia and occasionally to regional markets as needed for client meetings and events.

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within electronics, audio-visual, or related technical products;
• Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
• Ability to understand technical product specifications, including LED screens, lighting, and sound systems, and communicate solutions clearly to clients;
• Comfort with planning and managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines;
• Competence in using CRM tools and standard office software;
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with technical, logistics, and marketing teams;
• Nice to have: proficiency in Serbian, bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
