- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels;
- Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and product/service presentations;
- Manage the full sales cycle from introduction call to closing the deal;
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients;
- Initiate improvements to sales processes;
- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project onboarding;
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
требования
- 1.5+ Years of experience in sales;
- Experience in outsourcing or outstaffing IT companies;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trustful relationships with clients;
- Capability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions;
- English at Upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Understanding of software development cycles and tech terminology;
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and focused on client success;
- Nice to have: Experience in IT, SaaS, or tech-related fields, experience working with international clients (US/EU markets).
