задачи
- Develop annual and operational media plans, including budget allocation and media mix, in collaboration with the Client Lead;
- Manage and update flowcharts and status boards for all ongoing tasks;
- Provide weekly detailed status reports on current campaigns;
- Coordinate closely with Digital Accounts and central/regional teams for joint presentations and synchronization of deliverables;
- Monitor campaign spending and prepare reports for colleagues and clients;
- Track competitor activity and provide detailed reporting;
- Monitor campaign KPIs, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures;
- Communicate and present solutions to clients, educating them on media options and metrics;
- Supervise and mentor Media Planners;
- Send orders and creative materials to media outlets.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in a media agency focusing on offline channels;
- Proven experience in planning and executing TV, radio, print, and outdoor campaigns;
- High level of autonomy;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: Experience with Milk, Infoplan, TGI, Ipsos, Nielsen, GWI, experience with invoicing platforms like Starscape, experience in mentoring and supervising media planners.
