задачи
- Own new business acquisition, focusing on high-risk merchants and direct operators;
- Develop and expand strategic channel partnerships, including direct acquirers (VISA/Mastercard);
- Generate incremental processing volume to impact company revenue growth;
- Build, manage, and improve a high-quality sales pipeline with strong conversion rates;
- Proactively source, engage, and close high-value merchant opportunities;
- Partner with the CCO to support and execute channel expansion strategy;
- Work cross-functionally with onboarding, risk, and product teams to ensure efficient integrations;
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals aligned with profitability, risk appetite, and long-term value;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities;
- Ensure seamless handover of onboarded merchants to the Key Account Management team.
требования
- Proven experience in high-risk payments and acquiring;
- Strong existing network of merchants and partners;
- Track record of closing deals and generating processing volume;
- Advanced commercial negotiation skills;
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: Experience working with direct acquirers and channel partners, established network in UK/EU/Canada/Australia, experience structuring complex deals, knowledge of reserve models, settlement structures, interchange and scheme fees, FX impact, local currency optimization, and acceptance rate optimization.
