Sales Manager

• Own new business acquisition, focusing on high-risk merchants and direct operators;
• Develop and expand strategic channel partnerships, including direct acquirers (VISA/Mastercard);
• Generate incremental processing volume to impact company revenue growth;
• Build, manage, and improve a high-quality sales pipeline with strong conversion rates;
• Proactively source, engage, and close high-value merchant opportunities;
• Partner with the CCO to support and execute channel expansion strategy;
• Work cross-functionally with onboarding, risk, and product teams to ensure efficient integrations;
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals aligned with profitability, risk appetite, and long-term value;
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities;
• Ensure seamless handover of onboarded merchants to the Key Account Management team.

• Proven experience in high-risk payments and acquiring;
• Strong existing network of merchants and partners;
• Track record of closing deals and generating processing volume;
• Advanced commercial negotiation skills;
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience working with direct acquirers and channel partners, established network in UK/EU/Canada/Australia, experience structuring complex deals, knowledge of reserve models, settlement structures, interchange and scheme fees, FX impact, local currency optimization, and acceptance rate optimization.
