Sales Manager

TASS Vision is a startup focused on transforming the traditional retail industry through artificial intelligence and computer vision. The company specializes in embedded technologies that power in-store analytics, including customer counting, age and gender classification, and customer journey mapping. These solutions run on small embedded computers and AI cameras, enabling retailers to better understand and serve their customers. The company aims to improve customer experience in brick-and-mortar retail using advanced AI-driven insights.

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing deals;
• Build and manage a pipeline of retail and commercial clients;
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand product adoption;
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate customer needs into tailored solutions;
• Ensure smooth implementation and onboarding for clients;
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and generate reports;
• Contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategies;
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

• Proven sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing;
• Experience in B2B solution selling, ideally in technology, SaaS, retail tech, or AI/computer vision-related products;
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms;
• Ability to analyze customer needs, prepare commercial proposals, and develop tailored sales strategies;
• Comfort working with data-driven insights and basic analytics;
• Proactive, organized, and self-directed work style;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience in the retail industry, familiarity with in-store operations, customer experience, or store technology, English language skills.
