Sales Manager

The company is a payment service provider that empowers businesses to accept and send payments globally. It serves industries such as e-commerce, gaming, IT, software services, retail, and Forex trading by providing a platform for fast and secure transactions to facilitate expansion into new markets.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and first outreach to contract signing and first transaction activation;
• Develop and close large international B2B deals within the crypto processing and payment solutions sectors;
• Leverage founder network, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline;
• Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across different markets;
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand business opportunities and strategic partnerships;
• Maintain CRM accuracy, sales reporting, forecasting, and contribute to the development of scalable sales processes.

• Proven track record of independently closing high-value B2B deals with measurable commercial results;
• Experience managing complex sales cycles (6–24 months) and engaging multiple decision-makers throughout the buying process;
• Strong background in high-risk industries such as gambling, crypto, forex, payments, or related verticals;
• Experience working with international clients across multiple regions, including Europe, LATAM, and/or North America;
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, sales reporting, and process optimization.
