задачи
- Communicate with potential clients via phone, messaging, and email;
- Provide timely, friendly, and professional responses to all inquiries;
- Process leads effectively and maintain accurate data in the CRM;
- Provide comprehensive information about academy courses and services to interested users;
- Analyze client needs and offer relevant solutions, including upselling, cross-selling, and special packages;
- Close deals and meet quantitative sales targets;
- Participate actively in team sales efforts to achieve collective goals;
- Manage the existing student portfolio by offering additional courses and maintaining engagement;
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share course updates, trends, and strategies;
- Ensure high client satisfaction and manage the sales pipeline effectively;
- Execute tasks assigned by the Sales Manager;
- Ensure timely payments from new and existing clients.
требования
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role;
- Strong communication skills in Georgian and English;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Result-oriented approach and ability to close deals;
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to manage objections and adapt flexibly;
- Willingness to collaborate with the team and a positive attitude;
- Fluent in Georgian and English (oral and written);
- Nice to have: Experience in call centers or fast-paced environments.
