- Develop sales opportunities by proactively nurturing leads from self-generated sources, marketing lists, and warm leads;
- Manage a personal portfolio of prospects to ensure consistent growth and engagement;
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets;
- Own the full sales journey from identifying prospects to closing deals;
- Engage HR, Finance, and C-Suite stakeholders to uncover needs and build business cases;
- Develop and present customised proposals and lead contract negotiations;
- Build and maintain a reliable pipeline while forecasting sales with accuracy;
- Collaborate with channel partners to share insights and guide lead performance;
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries via email, phone, and client visits;
- Stay updated on HR and global employment trends;
- Represent the company at industry events to expand the network and uncover business opportunities.
требования
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales;
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision-makers across HR, Finance, and C-Suite;
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of opportunities independently;
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions;
- Collaborative mindset for working with colleagues, customers, and business partners;
- Results-driven focus on building long-term client relationships;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Nice to have: Experience in HR Tech, Payroll, SaaS, or Employer-of-Record (EOR) solutions.

- Base salary starting from €50,000.00 plus annual sales incentive plan;
