Sales Manager

Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company operating brands such as RateHawk, ZenHotels, and Roundtrip across more than 220 markets. The organization develops advanced online booking platforms for individual tourists, travel agents, and companies, aiming to simplify travel through innovative technology and convenient product distribution.

• Promote the international project in the assigned territory;
• Develop and implement sales activities to hit targets and expand market presence;
• Sign up new partners and provide system training;
• Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners;
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners;
• Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals, including document flow and technical setup;
• Account clients until the first purchase is made;
• Control partner compliance with commercial conditions and payment flows;
• Analyze the market and competitive environment;
• Provide comprehensive reporting.

• Relevant experience in the travel industry, ideally 2-5 years;
• Specialized background in sales management or business development within B2B travel companies;
• Excellent knowledge of the local travel market;
• Fluent in English and Tagalog;
• Competence in API technology deals;
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-focused mindset with strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts;
• Readiness for business trips (40–50% of working time);
• Nice to have: Knowledge of other languages.
