задачи
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM;
- Process inbound leads and inquiries;
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients and partners;
- Perform cold calling and follow-up activities;
- Maintain active communication through calls, messages, and email correspondence;
- Support existing clients throughout the sales and project process;
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and invoices;
- Upsell additional products and services to increase the average order value;
- Manage deals, tasks, and payments in Bitrix24 CRM;
- Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
требования
- Excellent English (C1-C2);
- Confident communication skills and ability to build trust with clients;
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling daily outreach activities;
- Experience in sales, customer support, account management, or business development;
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills;
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment;
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset;
- Nice to have: Russian language, experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24).

- Fixed salary: $700/month;
