• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Group and Government segments.
• Drive revenue across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and High-End segments.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of existing and potential clients.
• Work closely with Revenue Management on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pricing strategy.
• Prepare and present sales offers, presentations, contracts and business correspondence.
• Build strong relationships with local and international companies and partners.
• Conduct sales calls and client visits.
• Ensure close cooperation with other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a strong track record in corporate, leisure and MICE segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Fluency in English and Georgian
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
