Sales consultant in real estate

HabiHub is an international PropTech company connecting real estate developers, agencies, and brokers across multiple international markets. Through our platform, we provide real estate professionals with access to international property opportunities, developer partnerships, and attractive commission structures. As part of our expansion in Georgia, we are looking for motivated, Georgian and Russian-speaking Sales Representatives to join our team in Tbilisi and Batumi.

• Visit real estate agencies and introduce them to the HabiHub platform and its services.
• Present the benefits of joining our international network and accessing property opportunities across different markets.
• Identify potential agency partners and establish strong business relationships.
• Negotiate partnership terms, handle objections, and close partnership agreements.
• Follow up with agencies, ensure successful onboarding, and encourage platform activation.
• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals in Georgia.
• Represent HabiHub professionally in meetings and business events.

• Fluent Georgian and Russian (both required).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A confident, outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
• Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to close deals.
• Comfortable visiting agencies and conducting face-to-face business meetings.
